"The Homestead is a wonderful alternative to hotels in the triangle area. It is exactly as described, neat as a pin, and tastefully decorated with enough regional and re-purposed materials to be authentic without being kitsch. It was like being a house guest, rather than a tenant. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking- consider buying some of their fresh farm eggs for breakfast. Highly recommend."

This newly renovated farmhouse sits nestled between a working diary farm and a homestead hobby farm. The front porch view includes pastures, fields and nearby Collins Mountain. This farm stay is perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway or a unique stay near the towns of Saxapahaw (9 miles away),  Chapel Hill/Carrboro (12 miles away), and downtown Durham (32 miles away).
