A small homestead farm in Chatham County.

In 2014, Amy and Audrey built a small home on the land where Amy played in the woods as a child. They began with a small flock of chickens and a garden and eventually added goats and ducks. Today they make cheese and soap from goat's milk, harvest wild blackberries and persimmons for local breweries.In addition, they incubate chicks and ducklings for neighbors and local farmers. In 2016, they began renovating the home that Amy grew up in that has been in the Crawford family for generations. This home is now offered as an Airbnb rental, The Homestead, so that others can enjoy the quiet and beauty found on the farm.
